Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using GoSho (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using GoSho on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

GoSho is a tour management platform that provides tools for route planning, schedule building, venue and hotel management, crew coordination, and AI-assisted document processing. The Service includes a web application and a mobile application.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use GoSho. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing member access, roles, and permissions within their organization. You must promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoSho only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to store or transmit content that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to GoSho, including tour schedules, venue information, member profiles, contacts, and uploaded documents (“Your Data”).

You grant GoSho a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. This includes sending Your Data to third-party AI providers when you use AI features such as schedule suggestions or document extraction.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any personal data (such as member profiles, passport details, or contact information) belonging to other individuals, and for informing those individuals about how their data is used. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI Features

GoSho includes AI-powered features for schedule suggestions, document extraction, and operational assistance. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is committed to your workspace.

Content submitted to AI features is processed by third-party AI providers. It is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for which providers we use.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep GoSho available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using GoSho and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSho is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed scheduling, routing errors, or AI-generated inaccuracies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoSho harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your submission of data belonging to third parties without proper authorization.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
